I went to Bo with zero expectations, and probably a fairly negative attitude that it was going to be more of the same……I have tried so many modalities to release the trauma which affects my health. However, I had heard Bo speak- and something drew me to him. Quite frankly he blew my mind! Through meditation, story telling, guided journeying and hypnotherapy Bo was able to access my deep childhood memories, and work through the trauma that these memories released. He gave me the spaciousness of time, made me feel very safe and held, and only went into the hypnotherapy session when I felt comfortable.
